edos-debcheck software package provides Check package dependencies (transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install edos-debcheck
edos-debcheck is installed in your system.
Make ensure the edos-debcheck package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep edos-debcheck *
You will get with edos-debcheck package name, version, architecture and description in a table
